The lady who helped us at check-in, dinner, breakfast, and check-out was the most friendly person we met on our 2-week trip. The food was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very cozy mountain-cabin feel to it.

I highly recommend this place. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel is splendid. The rooms are very nice. Nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is also really, really nice. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.
