Very good hotel we couldnt believe it is just a 3 star. Our stay here was very good, rooms very nice, clean and modern, breakfast was good, we would definatly come back to this hotel. The welcoming was absolutely grateful!
They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).
The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style.
Staff were so professional and showed support all time.
Can’t find better location, inner city but so quiet and comfortable, close to the train stati

The view at the terrace and bed of suit room is outstanding. We can see Matterhorn always during stay. Amazing Matterhorn view is worth to pay more. The Staff Members are all kind and Food is very good. Spa and Sauna quality is high. Also we can meet Primin Zubriggen, Ski hero of Switzerland and Owner of this hotel. It's honor. -

The wonderful warm welcome by the owners and they made our stay truly special . They even made a special Black Forest Gateau for my birthday evening ,which was made a magical occasion by the excellent meal presented beautifully by the staff. -

A modern, clean hotel which is meticulously run by very helpful staff. Graechen is not a usual destination for Brits but we found everyone very poite,welcoming and speaking better english than our German by a mile. Rooms a tad smaller than the pictures suggest but overall a hotel to return to or recommend to others. -

I highly recommend this place. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel is splendid. The rooms are very nice. Nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is also really, really nice. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.
