Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   Casa Vanessa is conveniently located near to the ski lift as well as shops/restaurants.We stayed at room 320 on the 3rd floor. The apartment was impeccably clean and cosy. We were able to enjoy nice view of the Matterhorn from the living room and balcony. Loved the views. Located right next to the main Zermatt Gondolas. (Furi/Zermatt Glacier paradise) Loved the full kitchen. Staff even provided additional cooking pan when asked.
