The welcoming was absolutely grateful!
They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).
The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style.
Staff were so professional and showed support all time.
Can’t find better location, inner city but so quiet and comfortable, close to the train stati

A wonderful and historic establishment in a perfect location. Superb breakfast: excellent in every respect. Hazelnut baguettes were delicious. Very attentive management and the new spa is really nice. Relaxed atmosphere - we could use the spa as much as we wanted after checking out, for example.
