Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   It was an amazing experience!! The service was spectacular!! Very welcoming, yet still very discreet! The hotel is very well decorate, plus have technologies also. We really enjoyed out stay there, including the setup of the room the spa facilities and a delicious breakfast.
