The only negative would be the church across the street, if you are a light sleeper you might not be able to sleep through the church bells. The room was very modern and clean. The staff at Le Bourg 7 were the nicest people we met in Lutry, the rest of the town seemed to be annoyed by tourists.

  I liked everything about the hotel. It is the 2nd time I have stayed there and will definitely stay there again. I have family in Rolle and it is very close to their home. - beautiful landscape, just a few steps from Lac Léman and Mont-sur-Rolle. The rooms are well designed.
