We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

La ubicacion del hotel es sencillamente espectacular. Merece la pena sin duda pagar un poco mas por la habitacion con vistas al lago. En Brunnen no hay gran cosa que hacer excepto dar paseos y contemplar el espectaculo de las montañas, nevadas en invierno, reflejadas en el lago y la combinacion de éstas con las nubes, la bruma y el sol de la tarde.

The hotel cares a lot for the details and the staff for the well-being of the client. Comfortable room, good breakfast, very nice spa area, really nice to relax if you go for a round tour on Sempachersee or for a city a trip. Also close to train station and practical if you want to go for a tour in Luzern. We will definitely go back!
