Really beautifull views from the hotel! Excellent view over the lake
(Vierwaldstättersee), you can watch two sites of the lake and have over
180 degrees view. Also the views on the mountains (I.E. Rigi,
Stanserhorn) is beautifull. Hotel has sun in the morning until sunset!

The hotel has an amazing view on the lake, it's probably one of the best view points in Vitznau.
The staff was very friendly! Particular thanks to the receptionist from Berlin (he's excellent example of a customer service)! I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my friends.

This was a really "cool" hotel! My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old and 15 year old, and all of us loved it. The amenities were amazing - the pool was heated with relaxing music and modern lighting. The hotel staff was very helpful, they picked us from the train station and gave us rides to town on a few days. They also organized the stay for our 1yr old daughter well with baby cot in the room and baby chair always waiting at our table. View from the hotel is fantastic. -

Although it's rank as 2 star it has large room with shower, and wc ineach room. Also it's include a flat tv. It is very importent to knowthat there is not a minibar in each room as indicated but the minibar isin each floor and has hotel drinks in it - we traveled with a baby andwe put all we need in the hotel freedge. The dinner served at their resturant was quiet amzing and good. We're familiar with the "minimalist" Ibis hotels so we were surprised by the very nice Styles facility. And even more surprised that free WiFi and a very good breakfast were included. The room was large and included a much-appreciated couch. This is something brand-new for Accor and they deserve compliments for doing such an all around good job.
