  Great team. Excellent rooms, views, good beds and breakfast. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. We emjoyed the dinner and were, again impressed by the warm welcome, good food and personal service. Recommended. - Everything about this hotel was excellent!   The single en-suite room is simple but convenient: a very comfortable bed, desk, a lovely, relaxing view to the garden. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet. The room was very clean, and the lightning in the bathroom was strong and convenient. The breakfast included several cheeses and delicious breads and home-made marmalades. Finally, the welcome cookie - Small room with only essentials, but the price is great for Lucerne. Ten minute walk to the main train station and most of the city. Beautiful view of the city as well. Great for a place to crash when you will spend most of your time in the city anyway!

  Although it's rank as 2 star it has large room with shower, and wc ineach room. Also it's include a flat tv. It is very importent to knowthat there is not a minibar in each room as indicated but the minibar isin each floor and has hotel drinks in it - we traveled with a baby andwe put all we need in the hotel freedge. The dinner served at their resturant was quiet amzing and good. A full value for money hotel and I will definately recommend any one this hotel who wants to have good service and food at reasonable price.

  My luggage key was lost and I went to inform the reception on 16 Dec 2010. She readily came up with me,tried with her keys and tried to open the padlock. As it could not be done,she got another guy, who actually cut my padlock and it was done in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to both the service providers. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. - Location was good just a 5 minute walk from the main station. clean value for money, along the river side very near to the main town and market area, though we missed a kettle for tea coffe in the room Rosli didi not have a lift but we shifter to their adjacent hotel Baslertor which ahad a lift and a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was nice and easily shifter our rooms.
