We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

We stayed in room 402, which was one of the rooms with a balcony. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Close to all major sights and train station, but all the shops are on the other side of the river. Although we did not eat at the hotel's restaurant, is looked very nice and were full every night. Will definitly recommend the hotel to budget travellers!!

Food is amazing...try the bratwurst made by the owner and you will
forget everything else. The lake is right opposite to the hotel and so
is the train station. A guy named Tito helped us with all the
information we needed.

Boutique hotel, unique, interesting and full of history. A great place to stay - clean, comfortable, but most of all friendly and relaxed. A small hotel with a big heart and loads of character - love the lift! We had the best time at the Stern, sitting outside in the cafe, eating, drinking, meeting people and the location is perfect. The staff are lovely and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. 10/10 from us!
