The owners were wonderful.. We had experienced a travel related problem and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful in helping us resolve all our related problems. They were exceptional. the hotel is delightful, the rooms are small but well equipped and the breakfasts were wonderful. The Millers can be very proud of their hotel. -

Breakfast was great. staff was helpful, room is clean. Very near city center. The street is quiet at night and we slept very well.

The welcome was nice, it was warm. The location was so close to the centre and it was quiet. When you compare the prices for Switzerland the value for money was excellent. The facilities in the apartment were excellent.

The hotel's facilities are all there in abundance despite there being a 'miniature' aspect to the hotel.
The breakfast and the bar facilities are friendly with a good atmosphere. ( I didn't experience lunch or dinner)

We were a family of 4 that stayed in the studio apartment.
1. Very easy to find, a 6 minute walk from Basel SBB train station.
2. Big room, big bathroom, loads of space, well equipped kitchen, nice balcony with a small table.
3. A nice big Co-op supermarket nearby.
4. Great value breakfast at CHF 5 (£3.5) per person
5. Proper strong free WiFi conn

Quirky decor and design very interesting.The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly.
