Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect. I really recommend this hotel especially for honeymooners and people looking for high standards. Special thanks to the guys on the reception desk who I cant remember their names unfortunately.

We were a family of 4 and the room was fantastic in size with a kitchenette and a sitting area, very clean and spacious. Also the staff were friendly and the location was good. From this part of town we got to catch a ferry across to the other side of the lake and yet again got to see many views of Geneva as we only had 1 day & night here.

It's an Ibis, so you can usually guarantee that you'll be reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was very clean and comfortable, and a good size. Very reasonable price/quality ratio for Geneva and good location for our purposes. Also, with the tram stop just outside and the free public transport ticket, you can be anywhere downtown easily and quickly. We actually walked mostly.
Very frienly and helpful staff. Note that this is a residence, so you have a minimal kitchen, but no daily cleaning of the room. The rooms are rather nice and modern.
