Quirky decor and design very interesting.The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. Free Tram pass provided was brilliant and so easy to use and get around.Coffee machine, nuts and water were nice gestures.Breakfast good and served until 1pm- so ideal for travellers or just leisurely start to the day. -

Great location and very helpful staff with rooms at a reasonable price. The rooms are very clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, knowledgable, eager to please, sympathetic to your requirements.
The hotel's facilities are all there in abundance despite there being a 'miniature' aspect to the hotel.
The breakfast and the bar facilities are friendly with a good atmosphere. ( I didn't experience lunch or dinner)

Uncomplicated, friendly owners went out of their way to make my stay pleasant, welcoming me from the moment I arrived and offering advice and answers to all my questions. My room was spacious, clean, and for the most part quiet. Breakfast was good, lots of fresh fruit and a good cappuccino.
