The staff was very friendly and nice, even though there was a small mix
up regarding whether we were staying in Lucerne or Zurich. When we
arrived, they came quickly to meet us at the apartment. The person who

This was a great apartment for a visit to Zurich with friends. The location is perfect. The apartment is a very short walk away to main train station and the Bahnhofstrasse, and is located in the middle of the Niederdorf area. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean (I would expect nothing less in Switzerland!) and the staff was on time in meeting us to give us the key. There is no front desk and no on-site parking, but the staff is accessible via phone and there

Everything! I travel quite often and this is a gem! Room was small, but very clean, well organized, super comfy bed/pillows, nice bathroom with shower - and sparkling clean, and small balcony (would be nice in the summer). Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were
always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was
the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a
generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price
and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor
for guest use. There was even a printer with it, making me think the
hotel has really thought about what travellers might need. The art

The transport network is also very well connected. It's location is also very good with a few supermarkets around. -
Great location and very large roomy apartment with good sized bedrooms kitchen and lounge dining room. Close to shops and quick transport to the centre of town.

Upon complaining, we were immediately shifted to another bigger and better configured apartment, affording more privacy (which fortunately was available).
The apartment building is well located, and the staff we spoke to, were very friendly and accommodating.
We shall definitely stay there the next time.

There is nothing special what i want to pic up. The week in Vision Apartments was really nice at all. Pictures here display the place honestly and i was really stunned by the standard and nice design in the apartment.
