  We loved the room and balcony with nice view. The room and bathroom was spacious and very user- friendly combined with excellent design, color and form. Great to have a Nespresso machine in room as well as Ihome system for music. Our room was equipped with canvas bag with towels, bathrobe and slippers and allowed free entry to the spa and gym area... lo que la gente dice » on the same floor. We loved the spa. We had it all to ourselves on the afternoon we arrived. Great view from sauna and neat little gym. Great to have - the design of overall hotel is brilliant. i stayed there on Thursday and Friday. Every night in the foyer they had a lovely not very loud music - club music. On friday evening there was a table tennis tournament - just brilliant for me as I love table tennis. Room design is great very very cosy. Window had an automated sunblinds, you press the button and in 30 seconds you are in darkness. All light in the room can be turned off using switches next to bed, so don't have to get of the bed to turn - It is chic and fab amidst the west side of city. Maria the receptionist is very great and helpful. Others are also. Hotel locates in the remote area, no shopping center, no super market. But we can take ride on tram in front of the hotel for 10 minutes to city center. Tram no.4 dictates you to city centef and elsewhere of tourist attraction of Zurich, except you wanna expand adventures to urban area. We got the room that did not match the internet photo. We did not make complaint but validated
