Isabella the owner was very hospitable and helpful and you could see her thoughtful, personal touch everywhere around the house. Nice, friendly and very helpful. Without us even asking she provided insight and advice of what we could do in Basel. I loved the charming design of the house, the spacious rooms, and the natural lighting from all the windows.   This family run B&B is an amazing place to stay at right in the heart of Basel. It located just a few minutes with the tram to the center and the main train station, also perfectly doable distance for walking to the main tourist attractions. I recommend this place t - I liked the house, and the way it is kept clean and tidy. All the necessary little things like hair-drier, iron, interchangeable plug, coffee, and toaster were there. Tram line 6 stop is just in a minute walking. You can here trams passing by till 2 am, but it didn't stop me from sleeping, Actually, it was very convenient for me, since tram 6 goes directly to the Congress center at Messeplatz.
