  The hotel staff was very helpful, they picked us from the train station and gave us rides to town on a few days. They also organized the stay for our 1yr old daughter well with baby cot in the room and baby chair always waiting at our table. I am sure all the staff are good but most of my dealings happened to be with Heidi, she was friendly and professional, gave us correct information and was helpful with any of our needs; she has a charming personality. The jacuzzi is proba - Young reception and breakfast staff were so lovely. We were on the top floor in a lovely timber-lined room and we could hear cow bells from the balcony. Views of the mountains. Lift only went to the floor below so we had to climb a set of stairs with suitcases to get to the room. Free parking at the back of the hotel was great. My husband and daughter went up the cable car to the top of the mountain.
