We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs. The elegance of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms was a great touch to an enjoyable stay in Bern. Would definitely stay there again.... -

Convenient location and close to local tram route (No 3). Friendly staff and good breakfasts and local restaurants close to hotel. The wrong type of bed configuration was initially provided but this was changed by moving us to another and better room.

In the middle of nowhere approx. 40 minutes outside of Bern you find
this jewelry - a nicely renovated house "Boutique style". -

We were there for the second time. We like the convenience of being very near the railway station, taxi rank and shops, spacious rooms, the helpful staff. And a very good breakfast. -
Spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff is very welcoming and speaks good English. The elevator to the underground carpark is neath!
