almost everything...Nice staff..good cleaning...good beds..the location could not be better..we had a quiet room

warm milk to breakfast...all eggs were hard cooked..the pub NeXT door, the Food was not good and the beer to expencive:)

Public areas were nice and the staff helpful, especially the blond girl on the day we left. Good location right in the center. Breakfast was ok.

Overall a bit disapointing. The room was a bit worn out, "cold" and not inviting at all. They gave us a handicap room without even telling me and I paid for deluxe. Thin walls and doors. It definitely ruined our mood a bit as we assumed we'd get a bit of luxury.

every thing inside the hotel is ok

there is no parking in the hotel, they told me its full , and i got a ticket with 400 kronor because of bad advice from the reception, so i will choose another hotel in the future.

Clean, nice rooms. Location of the hotel is superb, 10 min walk from the railway station, shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fine. Staff really helpful speaking fluent english.

The picture of superior room says there is a bathtub, however there was none, only shower, which was written in the room facilities, so the pics are a bit confusing.

A combination of a very good location, well-equipped rooms, and very friendly and attentive staff. Simply well-executed, but of course on the more expensive side of the 4-star range.

Finding the room on the 5th floor, after taking 2 different elevators was like getting around in a labyrinth (can’t be helped though I guess), and the twin-beds were really on the narrow side.

Really awesome breakfast, small but nice and cosy rooms with good lighting, late check-out on Sundays. Water cooker and tea+coffee in room (I suppose for free).

Water in the shower pretty cold, also found a few hairs in the bathtub. No price list in the mini bar which implies the things are for free? Had to call reception - pricelist is only available at reception... No free maps of the city to take away.

Good location to for city eating, shopping and drinking. Clean room. Attached to a bar/ pub that was cosy. Space around the tables in the breakfast room. Reasonable choice of food to get you day started well- but wanted more fruit.

My 7 year daughter and i were put into a room for disabled person. No bath. A wet room, which would be fine but the toilet was so close to the shower that your are left with water around the loo! I do not get Swedish pillows, too soft. Poor selection of fresh fruit. Hotel car parking too expensive. Cheaper to by at meter.

Nice hotel with....air conditioning! Very comfortable rooms and a nice bar downstairs.

Parking is disgracefully expensive. Not a fault of the hotel as such but we were directed to a nearby car park where we had to pay the equivalent of at least £36 to park overnight! No problem for those who arrive by taxi or public transport.

The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The breakfast was very enjoyable. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I stay in Malmo. Highly recommended!

Hotel employees are very friendly, motivated and ready to help you with everything. Quality breakfast with a wide range of options, nice gym and sauna, free bycikle rental option, central location, soundproof rooms (if not facing the front side). This hotel was the best stay of my life, highly recommended!

Some previous guests managed to leave stains on the light carpet that is difficult to remove, so that doesnt look nice, but the room was very nice, clean and spacious.

I liked the calm atmosphere, the very friendly staff, the decoration of the room, the new and spacious bed, that you can make coffee and tea in the room, the breakfast buffet and that the hotel is situated right in the middle of the city!

The personnel is willing to help. They installed an additional fan heater, when the air conditioning was not heating enough (I guess it is just the temperatures they are used to).

Impossible to modify the air conditioning settings. Everything is code-locked. The idea of heat and cool is very relative, especially when it comes to the scandinavian people

Housekeeping sporadic. When asked at front desk for a shower cap was told to go to the Hansa centre and buy one. Breakfast buffet was uninspired.

This hotel was lovely, right in the center of Malmo. The staff were really friendly and the room was stunning! Breakfast was amazing... Huge variety including croissants, fruit, cereals, egg and bacon, doughnuts and waffles! The hotel had a gym, although we did not partake and there was a shoe buff in the lobby. Overall the hotel couldn't have been better and made our trip.

It's central, close to lots of restaurants, bars, party... and yes, close to work. I find if conveniently located close to the subway station.

They should remove those bathtubs, nobody uses them. The nicer rooms have showers, that's what one would expect, nobody uses bathtubs in the 21st century! The carpet wasn't clean, it needs a shampoo.

Staff was incompetent, unflexible, impolite and complete disaster. I have 150 hotel nights a year - and I will never go to Elite Plaza Hotel group again!!
