Stayed her for two nights to do sightseeing and pick up a new Volvo. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Three elevators so not much waiting. Breakfast Buffet was extremely generous and good. Even if the street leading up to the hotel is a little shabby and the
lobby area is not great the room I had was fine and spacious and the
breakfast was good.

Small amenities like the coffee machine - after staying in several places without anything like this, which used to be fairly standard, it was a nice touch.
Very comfortable, quiet.

The bed was extremely comfortable; blinds made the room very dark for sleeping; the breakfast buffet was excellent and machine cappuccino was good. The view from our room on the 9th floor was great.

Excellent location in the centre of the city, but the hotel was still quiet. Staff were all polite, attentive and efficient. Facilities were great - the restaurant looked like an Anna Karenina set! It was opulent and elegant, and breakfast felt very luxurious. -

Hotel Room was above expectations, comfortable bed - nicely designed so
that it feels special. Rain shower was a bonus. The breakfast was large
and had late hours. You could eat outside on the lovely patio in a
variety of comfortable seating. The rooftop terrace was really beautiful
and we enjoyed an afternoon on the loungers in the sun.
Free ferry provided easy and frequent city access.
