First time I rate a hotel excellent I think; staff very helpfull: could change the room, they organized a bike from the staff when all their bikes were spoken for and helped me with the wifi connection when I had problems with my laptop. Really great! Nice breakfast and dinner, nice room and everything on walking distance. DELIGHTFUL, energetic staff were always enthusiastic! Breakfast was outstanding with local and fresh-baked goods! Close to everything (train, downtown, restaurants, etc.) and quiet! Free bikes! Open windows for fresh air! Clean and tidy! Great!.
todo comentarios » We stayed over a Saturday night - Sunday breakfast is runs until 12:00 and you can check out as late as 18:00 which means you can have a lazy morning, late breakfast & make the most of the spa downstairs!. The hotel has been beautifully restored and modernized. Details and materials are first rate. Color schemes are fine. All done impeccably. Rooms are well sized with tall ceilings. Facilities and cleanliness were perfect. Location was in city and ideal. Breakfast was good quality. Staff were helpful and nice. Bed was soft. Everything, great staff, crisp and top notch decorating, v'good location, great checkout times (6.00 pm on Sundays :-) ). Location very good TV channels Buffet(positioning of the products slightly weird) Interior and overall appearance. All of it. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Food just great. Dedicated friendly staff Nice clean rooms Great Breakfast Gym Proximity to train station scenery. The room was in good taste and the bed comfortable. Good breakfast. Polite receptionists. Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. Breakfast was pure luxury! Loved everything. Friendliness of the staff, the Veranda restaurant and the SPA/gym. Everything is perfect!!!. Excellent all round. The hotel decor was attractive and the location was very convenient for the city and public transport. Nothing!. Nothing. We loved everything about our stay!. Room very small and felt cramped and tiny. For size of room, same price was much less value than other decent hotels very near. Breakfast had little choice and only served pork products. Bed was not single Queen/King as requested. Bad room view from my room (222). River rooms available but not given option to choose. Bit expensive but it was a treat. No bathrobe or slippers in room in superior room Cold floor and bathroom No one centralized light switcher in the room Housekeeping (was in the room 30min before the check out, no knocking, just opened the room). Lack of parking but not a problem in itself as you can find some very close by. Nothing was bad. the room missed towels and soaps when we arrived so had to get those in the reseption. It should be possible to have a beer in the SPA!. None. The wifi didn´t work. The bedroom and bathroom were very surprisingly small for such a large hotel. At 8:30pm on Sunday the bar was closed and room service was not available even though the hotel brochure in the bedroom stated that it would be available until 10pm.
