  Everything about this hotel was just perfect. We were lucky enough to book a double room, as the hotel was fully booked. No wonder! When we arrived, the very polite staff answered our questions before we even asked them! They even provided us a list of the tapas we have to try, and also the recommended restaurants. He is smart, resourceful, really cared about his guests, and speaks English beautifully. The rooms were each beautifully and individually decorated with taste, a mini fridge, some with balconies, situated in the old and fun part of San Sebastián.
