El trato del personal ha sido excelente, muy familiar. Se esfuerzan en resolver todas tus preguntas. Las camas son comodas!(parece mentira, pero es una cualidad muy dificil de encontrar incluso en hoteles de mas estrellas). Tras el check out, te puedes ir a pasar el dia a la playa tranquilamente y despues volver ya que dispone de duchas con alquile

Extremely friendly staff, the restaurant downstairs does a fantastic
paella on Thursdays and the menu of the day is only 9.50€ which is
awesome as Ibiza is very expensive generally. The room was quiet (on the
4th floor) the apartment was very clean, tv was a bit small but did not
even switch on as you don´t go to Ibiza to watch telly... Really
recommend anyone going to San Antonio to stay here, it is also not hard
to park in the area if you rent a car. -
Location of the hotel is perfect, not very far from Cafe Mambo and Cafe del Mar- about 5min walk along the beachside. The owner of the hotel, Margarita, was extremely helpful and nice by helping us with travel arrangements to the airport and around San Antonio. The apartment was spacious with everything that you could possibly need. Also, right next door is the shop and lovely restaurant serving tasty food. We will definitely be staying here next year!

As a small group of 3 young girls I found this hostal very safe. It is a family run business and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The security at night means no one can just wonder in which makes it feel very safe. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. It is situated close to the west end bars but just out of the way so there’s no noise in the evening. Hotel is in excellent location – just few hundred meters from the nearest beach. It has own restaurant, supermarket. Staff is very friendly and efficient. We visited San Antony at the end of the season, so hotel was quite, no noisy groups of clubbers. Apartments have well equipped kitchenette, rooms are spacious. Apartment is cleaned every other day, fresh towels supplied at the same.

Great location and really helpful staff. Good facilities to use even post check out. Drinks and food prices were really reasonable and sports facilities were great especially given the price! Would stay again!!

Apartementos Es Retiro was a great place to stay! We were a group of 4 friends who stayed there for our spring break and it could not have been nicer. The hotel is connected to a bar/restaurant that was really affordable, and with our reservation we even got free paella one of the days! And it was good paella, too. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help or give you advice about good places to go on the island. Overall, it's a great budget-friendly place.
