This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this
hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they
are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to
the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is
really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just
takes

de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

The apartments were lovely. We were surprised to get as much room as we did. Nice balcony which we could see the sea. And the apartments were clean.
Food was good okay but not much variety however we all enjoyed the food that was given.
Right by the beach and a short walk away from a few bars.
It also said in reviews that there are cockroaches.

Complex was amazing. Beautifully laid out, small and personal, very quiet. Lovely big apartment overlooking the wonderful lagoon pool. Exactly as it looks in the photographs. Location was great with everything on your doorstep. The people in Tenerife were all so friendly. Highly recommend.

Food was tasty and different every evening for dinner rooms were nice
and spacious, and we had a good view of the pool the life guard at the
pool always seemed happy to help everyone and the area was kept very
clean great location as you're not in the middle of everything but a

The food was excellent,really nice rooms and very clean.Small cooking
area if you want to cook. Cleaned regularly. Very central to
everything,beaches,pubs and shops.Most of the staff were very friendly
and helpful. -

I liked that all appartments were so close to the pool and bar area and none were more that 30 seconds away from the central area. The staff were also excellent with our young daughter, particularly the pool attendant (life gaurd) and the staff at the poolside bar. -
