Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. Good price vs. quality ratio. Very good positioning: a stone’s throw away from restaurants & terraces + beach across the pedestrian path next to the hotel. The room was ok, clean, „up to date” furniture. Good breakfast. Bottom line, we recommend it and it is to be taken into account for a future trip to Tenerife.

the previous reviews i have read mention the hotel is very dated i can say the the hotel is quite the opposite. the hotel was very clean and the up keep of the hotel was very good. Around the pool area was always spotless plenty of sunbeds never had to get up early and make a made rush for them. The restaurant always had a good choice, only problem was if you turn t up at the wrong time sometimes the food was cold but overall had a pleasant holiday.

The bungalows were ideal for us very spacious. The complex is very well situated with a lot of activities to suit all ages(these extra activities can be booked off the complex). Wifi is available in most areas you struggle to a signal on the edge of the complex which is no big deal. I would strongly recommend going here I booked everything myself

La habitacion, la piscina y el buffete de desayuno - Everything, it's so unique, nothing like the numerous old fashioned 'block' hotels in the region. It's very colourful and imaginative, there's so much attention to detail. It's a proper 5 star. The staff are really friendly too and always have time for you. There were lots of rich looking people

Location could not be better 2 minutes from the beach and local amenities. -
