El personal del hotel es excepcional. Nos dieron una habitaciób espectacular, con vistas a toda la Bahía de Palma, era la 1406, en la última planta. - Muy céntrico y confortable. El desayuno era muy bueno.

We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and were informed that some food was available for us if we wanted to eat. Hotel staff and food was A1 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Food was best I have had for this type of Hotel.Although hotel was catered for Germans, we had no problem as most people speak English. Also hotel is within walking distance to beach and shops and local transport was no problem. I would come back again to the same hotel, also if you like to play tennis there was a lot courts in the area and not far from Le Mar Golf course.

Nos ha gustado todo, destacar la simpatia y amabilidad del todo el personal, limpieza y comida bién. - Estuve una noche y no disfrute del hotel. La cena y el desayuno estuvieron bien. La recepcionista fue encantadora y el camarero del bar muy amable.

The hotel is located in a large, nice, green park with many trees. Quiet rooms with basic, but practical furniture. Nice, friendly staff, good food. 6 well maintained clay tennis courts, available for all day. -
The staff were so attentive, rooms were immaculate. The resort had everything you needed. Great for young families! Food was superb!

The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. -

This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.
