The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We
were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another
signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous

The decor and attention to detail made this a beautifully appointed boutique hotel. it is located right in the center of the quiet village of Begur. The breakfasts on the patio are superb with great food selection and quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we've had and we travel a lot!

My wife and I loved walking around this little town. Very friendly people in the tiny grocery store, tiny bar, and wonderful restaurant. The hotel is set off a picturesque square with plenty of good Catalan restaurants and historic sites close by. The hotel is immaculately clean, the decor is stylish and the rooms quite and comfortable. The spa and treatments all top quality. Teresa the host could not have been more kind and helpful. I cannot fault this place for a romantic gettaway and unwind. Brilliant!

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, in particular Maja, who helped us when we needed to visit the local hospital.

Everything! Location was unbeatable and contrary to many old town centres, the taxi could take us right to the door. The staff was helpful, all receptionists were like Concierges: they recommended sites, restaurants. The room had all the latest amenities and comforts but the bonus was beautiful decor in and out of room and wonderful smell everywhere. Will go back!
