Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. La villa es fantástica, totalmente equipada, tal como se muestra en fotografías o mejor, la atención excelente e increíbles para disfrutar del buen tiempo que siempre hay en esa zona de la isla. Supermercado y zonas recreativas próximas, menos de 4€ en taxi para bajar a Puerto Rico por la noche si se quiere salir un poco de fiesta. -

The attention to detail and decoration was amazing even the leaves of the plants were shining! Our Villa was of a very high standard. The whole complex was very relaxing and comfortable.

Me gusto todo. El trato del personal fue estupendo. El apartamento está bien dotado. La piscina climatizada estaba para entrar y no salir... Lo recomiendo. - La excelente ubicacion con repeto a la paya y la relacion precio/calidad.Las habitaciones no tienen lujo pero estan completas.El día de salida tienes derecho a una ducha de cortesia.

We (young couple) went to the Serenity Hotel to enjoy a weekend without problems. Fortunately, we had none since the Hotel provides everything you need. The staff was friendly, the pool gorgeous (although 1,40m deep only) and the view at the beach stunning. Apartments were super clean and comfortable.

We liked the location and quietness of the area, it was really easy to find on our arrival in playa blanca, and the fact that we could use the facilities of the hotel volcan especially the childrens pool which was much warmer than the villa pool. The villas were very well presented and perfect for our family. We would definately choose to stay her

really nice villa, quality new interiours, good furniture, pritty
private swimming pool with sunbeds, calm and relax, 5 minutes walking to
a small village with many restaurants and shops, 1 minute walking to a
seaside promenade. Barbecue zone. Free (!) and fast wi-fi. Very
beautiful papagaya beaches are 10 minutes drive. Possibly there are some
other beaches close, but we do not know as we traveled by car. In
general high value
