Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. The attention to detail and decoration was amazing even the leaves of the plants were shining! Our Villa was of a very high standard. The whole complex was very relaxing and comfortable.

I stopped staying at gay properties 15 years ago having found they were often overpriced and poorly run, so i was a liitle unsure booking this property initially. However I loved being there so much I more than doubled my stay. The property is secure, comfortable, nicely appointed, quiet, well run and was a pleasure to stay in. Me gusto todo. El trato del personal fue estupendo. El apartamento está bien dotado. La piscina climatizada estaba para entrar y no salir... We (young couple) went to the Serenity Hotel to enjoy a weekend without problems. Fortunately, we had none since the Hotel provides everything you need. The staff was friendly, the pool gorgeous (although 1,40m deep only) and the view at the beach stunning. Apartments were super clean and comfortable.
