Ana in the office was very helpful and really appreciated the late check out as our flight wasnt till 19.40 we were able to stay in villa till our pick up at 5. Clean towels were provided on request even though villa was only cleaned once week. Spacious and booking and arrival was swift and east. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Pool was ideal and clean and staff came in to clean and change bedding and towels.......perfect!!!!!
