  The hotel accommodations have recently been (extravagantly) refurbished and the rooms have a 'new' look. Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation. The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

  Very attractive apartment hotel in the heart of Playa D'en Bossa. I stayed in a Junior Suite. My apartment was: two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds), kitchen (cooker, kettle, fridge, microwave oven and tableware), a sitting room (sofa, coffee table and dining table, LCD TV, alarm clock, charger for the iPhone), bathroom (showe... lo que la gente dice » r, toilet) and a balcony. In the courtyard of the hotel complex has two swimming pools, a restaurant, Spa and even entry into the minimarket. The brea - The staff was very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to stay at the swimming pool after check out and use showers and clean towels before heading to the airport. Room cleaning service every day. Nice breakfasts with a buffet of a wide choice, but might be boring for a longer stay. Loved the mysic played by DJs by the pool, but might be too noisy for those with small children or searching for quiet holidays.

  Perfect hotel! We staid in this hotel for a week in end of April 2013 and got the best experince ever! We came in low-season, so the price for the hotel was super cheap, we got upgraded free-of-charge to luxus family 3 room apartments with the seaview. As we had all inclusive, for I week we did not have to worry about anything - breakfast, lunch, ... lo que la gente dice » dinner, free drings, ice-cream, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, SPA - was all ours, not to mention the stunning seaviews and an increadible proximi - The service was excellent, Diana and Ramon from the reception are such helpful, willing and friendly people. The rooms were v clean and towels changed as per need everyday, washing machine and drier available at extra cost, the more private staircase from the floors to the indoor pool & spa area was an added bonus. Spa area is quaint, spa treatment like massage or aromatherapy must be booked in advance, swimming cap and slippers are a must.(otherwise buy at reception for 3e). Fridge in room
