Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.
The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you
can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski
nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the
high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good
fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the
animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights
and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to stay at the
swimming pool after check out and use showers and clean towels before
heading to the airport. Room cleaning service every day. Nice breakfasts
with a buffet of a wide choice, but might be boring for a longer stay.
Loved the mysic played by DJs by the pool, but might be too noisy for
those with small children or searching for quiet holidays.

Me gusto encontrar una habitacion con cocina incorporada y todo lo necesario .Todo era mejor de lo que anunciaban.Incluso el desayuno que era bufet y tenia una bolleria deliciosa - La habitación muy bien, bastante espaciosa y confortable. Y el trato hacia nosotros por parte del personal de recepción muy bueno y agradable. Muy contentos en general.

Fantastic peaceful location tucked away in the foothills.
A great get away from it all holiday destination. Rooms are really lovely. The only comment I would make is that the location wouldn't be suited to those less able to walk due the rustic nature of paths. Fantastic food. Will go back again without doubt.

Perfect hotel! We staid in this hotel for a week in end of April 2013 and got the best experince ever! We came in low-season, so the price for the hotel was super cheap, we got upgraded free-of-charge to luxus family 3 room apartments with the seaview. The service was excellent, Diana and Ramon from the reception are such
helpful, willing and friendly people. The rooms were v clean and towels

treatment like massage or aromatherapy must be booked in advance,
swimming cap and slippers are a must.(otherwise buy at reception for
