I will confidently give this hotel a 10/10 rating. Spacious rooms, extensively equipped with everything, starting from several air-conditioning systems, 2x TVs, an oven and a dishwasher, an iPhone docking station to paper towels and dish-washing soap. The staff were amazing. We had the use of a luggage room and bathroom whilst waiting for our apartment and when leaving. They were polite, informative and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous location. we will definitely recommend it to others, already have and will return again.

All the staff has been amazingly pleasant and making you feel welcome. The hotel is very well equipped and modern, as are the rooms. The food at breakfast and dinner is delicious with a large choice in a buffet style. Overall fantastic place!

Staff were ever so friendly. I was only bed and breakfast but the food was great. Room was lovely and it was very peaceful only a few mins walk to the lovely sandy beech. I would definitely stay again and would take my kids there as the entertainment looked great -

I have travelled a great deal for business and leisure over the last 20 years and Hotel Sa Bassa stands out as one of the best places I have stayed for relaxation, comfort and good service. The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.

Cannot fault this amazing place in any way! We go every year & have done for the past 4 years, it really gets into your system! The staff are lovely, the animation team are outstanding, the food & drink are lively & facilities cannot be faulted, love it!
