The staff are excellent: professional and competent whilst also friendly and good humoured. The Hotel Illa d'Or has a magnificent setting, with wonderful views both of sea and mountains; and located in a quiet spot towards the end of the Pine Walk, which makes a lovely short promenade to the centre. Hotel is about 8 or 9 years old but looks brand new. Great pools (one for young children, one for adults). Great location in Puerto de Soller (but if your main interest is to go to beaches, I would recommend other locations like Cala D'or or Alcudia). Lovely clean hotel with helpfull staff, breakfast was great especially squeezing your own orange juice. Had a room facing the mountains, although not sea view the mountain view was great, really refreshing. The balcony was large so drinks in the evening was relaxing. Staff were great and very accommadating booking restaurants etc specially for the surrounding areas.
One street away from the beach and in a fairly quiet location.

I will confidently give this hotel a 10/10 rating. Spacious rooms, extensively equipped with everything, starting from several air-conditioning systems, 2x TVs, an oven and a dishwasher, an iPhone docking station to paper towels and dish-washing soap. The staff were amazing. We had the use of a luggage room and bathroom whilst waiting for our apartment and when leaving. They were polite, informative and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous location. we will definitely recommend it to others, already have and will return again.

All the staff has been amazingly pleasant and making you feel welcome. The hotel is very well equipped and modern, as are the rooms. The food at breakfast and dinner is delicious with a large choice in a buffet style. Overall fantastic place!
