El personal del hotel es excepcional. Nos dieron una habitaciób espectacular, con vistas a toda la Bahía de Palma, era la 1406, en la última planta. - Muy céntrico y confortable. El desayuno era muy bueno.

Positioned 5 minutes walk from the town square but still quite private in the pool/garden area. Family run hotel with nice friendly staff and excellent cuisine. The hotel is located in a large, nice, green park with many trees. Quiet rooms with basic, but practical furniture. Nice, friendly staff, good food. 6 well maintained clay tennis courts, available for all day. -
The staff were so attentive, rooms were immaculate. The resort had everything you needed. Great for young families! Food was superb!

This is our fifth say at the hotel. We stayed in the Africa Junior Room for this stay as a special treat for my husbands birthday. The room was fantastic very up to date and just as the pictures show. I stayed in the Comfort class room with a friend last year and have also stayed in the Mallorca Suite. I would recommend that you upgrade if you can

The staff are wonderful, most helpful, the hotel is a little gem and I found everything I needed at St Lorenzo. I would recommend it to all as an authentic little hotel yet with all comforts. It is a little oasis in the busy city and convenient to everything. -

Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

The staff was very friendly. they are very flexible: we could stay in the appartment until 7PM and we did not have all inclusive, but we were welcome to join the breakfast and dinner buffets as we wanted (against reasonable price).
