Near the sea, good location. Suitable for families with children. More or less quiet (depends on the neighbors). Very nice sea view from the fifth floor ( depends on the building side). 8 parking spaces in front of the building. They have air conditioning (for extra charge 5 € per day) and safe boxes (small, but only 1 € per day). Free WIFI and TV. The beach is about 3 minute to walk. The local bus stop is near (about 100-150 meters). Ticket to Palma 3.1 € for adults (bus numbers 104, 105, 106

Pretty much everything. Very helpful staff, clean rooms, great facilities, near-perfect location and well worth the money that we paid for our stay here. Ignore some of the reviews complaining about noisy drunken neighbors, this was our only concern before going to the hotel and definitely was not an issue. Probably the best hotel in the El Arenal area

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean , well ran , friendly and one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The food was excellent and plenty of variety. The rooms were cleaned daily. Clean towels when needed. The hotel was not in a noisy location which was nice late evening if you want to enjoy an early night .
