The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

personal muy amable, muy bonita la habitacion y limpia.todo ha sido perfecto. racomendo a todos esto hotel. nice hotel and lovely staff - Los apartamentos eran muy nuevos y muy confortables a la vez que amplios. Están al lado del paseo maritimo y de todos los locales pero los apartamentos quedan totalmente aislados del bullicio del paseo

The hotel is great value for money. The apartments are larger than others I have stayed in the same area. We had an amazing view of the sea from our room, which was spotless. There are 2 pools, the smaller one is nice and quiet so we always went to this one. The pool and surrounding areas are kept spotless and there are nice comfy cushions for the

Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Bar staff were great, Marcelo & Jaen were very welcoming and were great entertainment.
Domingo runs the restaurant, he is a fine chef and I would recommend you try the restaurant during your stay.
Poolside is covered by a super nice guy Cecilio. More than a lifeguard, he would entertain and teach the kids card tricks and give the adults fitness tuition. Always one to hold an interesting conversation with.

When I booked the Guinate apartments I was worried as there was a lot of negative feedback.

Visited alone without the family and was exactly what I needed. Was not out for luxury or night clubs but to be able to relax after a busy period. Was a peaceful place to stay. The possibility to have your own keys to the main gate to the area was great. Standard was basic with not too tiny rooms. Very friendly personal. Can really really go there back also with the family
