The staff is most kind and helpful, speakes English and some other languages (e.g. Polish), you could contact them by phone or e-mail (free Wi-Fi) so the help is "one call away".   BcnStop is a centrally located decent compact accomodation probably less than 10 minutes walk down to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The neighbourhood is rather safe and pleasant. That said, one should never let their guard down wherever they are and however safe the area seems. To be honest in the apartment we were in I could not logon to the WiFi connection. Wasn't bothered about it. Ok maybe some more - perfectly located cheap hotel with underground garage in the centre of Barcelona and only 700? meters from sagrada Familia, lot´s of shops, restaurants and bars next to the hotel.
