Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was
clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper
than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and
let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings,
that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I
strongly recommend it!

We were very pleased about the staff. The Hotel has been freshly refurbished. It kept all the authentic Andalusian style translated into a modern way. The patio in front of the hotel was just gorgeous with its orange trees and the fountain. Really good location in heart of Santa Cruz.

The hotel was very clean, attended to and the staff was one of the most cheerful, attentive and personable we experienced in all of spain. They made it special for us. We stayed for a week and our room was so well cared for. We traveled to several cities and had three other experiences to compare this to. I would stay at this hotel again -
Amazing, amazing, amazing - you can find everything in this nice hotel which necessary to discover Sevilla and feel the special atmosphere of the city. The situation of the hotel is unique. Close to the entrance of the Alcazar, it faces a small, lovely, quiet square. The roof top terrace gives you the best view of the famous Giralda clock tower of the Cathedral. Breakfast in the morning and drinks at night are served on the roof top terrace. The breakfast buffet was 5 Euros and there was a different choice of coffee, cereal, yoghurt, bread, meat and cheese. The room was large and clean with high ceilings and the wifi signal was strong. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.

All in all a fine hotel but nothing extraordinary except very helpful staff. Location was good but very hard to find. Thanks to the review of a previous guest we mentioned the name Plaza Santa Cruz to the taxi driver which we took after we parked our car at a far away and very expensive public parking. Breakfast was so so, not even eggs or fresh juıce.
