We were three young girls exploring barcelona with a low budget but looking for a comfortable hotel. The staff member Ella was not only beautiful but incredibly helpful in all aspects. She would give us directions and provide us with maps as well as recommendations of places to eat nearby which we ended up going to each night and for breakfast! We all needed to print off boarding passes and she would go the extra mile to help this happen. She also translated any Spanish for me. I cannot reccomm

Great hotel and location in the heart of Barcelona old town (Barri Gotic), very clean and comfortable (rooms cleaned every day, spotless!), in fact cleaner than a lot of the 3 star hotels I've stayed in. We booked for 2 nights but stayed for 5 nights! After flight delays from Venice we arrived 6 hours late, but manager stayed around to let us in. We chose a smaller room with a shared bathroom/toilet, but we still had a private hand basin in our room. Not many rooms occupied which meant we pretty much had the place to ourselves (mid-December).

We stayed twice in a room with private bathroom and will be coming back for sure. The hotel is extremely nice: the design is simple, but very nice, in white and blue tones, the bed was extremely comfortable, rooms had a small balcony, the bathroom was clean and neat, the reception was friendly and helpful. It is 2 min walk from Las Ramblas and Columbus. All in all, you get much more than you are paying for. 10 out of 10.

Excellent value for money. I was upgraded to a en-suite which was absolutely fine, quiet, clean and comfortable. Very good area with many shops, bars both cheap and expensive, very close to everthing and Metro round the corner if you are feeling lazy, plenty of buses. The area is lively but I would say safe.
