Excellent excellent value! The Cuban man running the place is very friendly and helpful, interesting to talk to in general if you can speak some Spanish. Location superb - pedestrianised shopping strip right outside your door. Very safe area. Extremely helpful staff-thanks Mary and George for a great and comfortable stay. Rooms are bright, decently sized and everything works unlike some 4 star hotels I've stayed at. Fast Wi fi connection. Would definitely stay here again. -

Nos gusto mucho, la habitacion era bastante grande y comoda. Todo muy limpio. Y el recepcionista es una persona muy agradable y atento estaba a cualquier cosa que necesitabamos ( toallas, ayudarnos con las maletas...).

Lovely family run hostal. The room was small, but we had a lovely large window with french doors, very clean, rooms cleaned daily, very quiet even though in the centre of the city right off Gran Via. Great location, close to public transport and walking distance of most major attractions. -

Great location near Gran Via metro station on the nice shopping street. Elevator to 4th floor. Rooms have windows for inner court, so it's quiet to sleep. You will have own keys for the building and for your room, so it's safe. The single room with shower is really nice and cosy, with air condition, sink, good mirrow, a kettle to boil water for tea etc. Also the bed was comfortable. It was my second time I stayed here and I was perfectly happy with everything.
