The front desk was a lot of help and said exactly where to go. They are helpful and accommodating.
Free wifi and a computer to use for free too.
Free breakfast of croissants, cereal, and coffee.
The other guest are nice, friendly, and respectful. I stayed for 5 nights and never had troubles getting to sleep.
Showers are clean too and a cleaning lady cleans the entire hostel daily.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. I got a single room with private toilet and bathroom. The staff knew English a little, but they are very kind and helpful. They tried the best to answer my questions. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was really better than what I expected from a hostel.
