Good to get away from busy tourist areas. Lovely spot to see the views whilst enjoying a drink. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff that took excellent care of us.

we would be late and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and some
can speak English. When we arrived the staff could not speak English but

Loved the staff, even though only one of them speaks English, but since he's there every day at day time, I had no problem asking for help.
My room was cleaned every day, which for a hostel is pleasantly surprising.
The location is good as in in the center - two minute walk to La Rambla and ten minute walk to the port. Plaça de Catalunya with the AeroBus is within 5 min too, so transfers to/from the airport could never be easier
The AC worked perfectly, fridge, shower, wifi etc - all good

I like everything very much. The services is great. The rooms were allways clean (the towels changed every day) and confortable. The location of the hostal Oliveta is very convienent. Just couple minutes from metro station Parallel, also you can easily reach the old quarter, La Ramblas on foot. It will take 10-15 minutes to walk.

Stayed for 8 days, in the beginning, the hotel was the mistakes, and they booked us a room to other guests were settled, we proposed a more modest room, two days later freed ours, previously reserved room. The hotel made a discount for the mistake. The location is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness and order o f the room

Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -

Los apartamentos son realmente amplios, cómodos y con todos los servicios. Es destacable que tengan lavadora y música ambiental en cada unidad, además de bonitos balcones y un excelente buffet de desayuno en un ambiente maravilloso.
