- the appartment was huge. We were only 3 but we got 6 beds!
- the appartment was comfortable and clean.

This place is amazing. Our room was very clean and functional. It is close to the downtown. Also extremely convenient that La Isla Hostal is a couple of blocks from Estacio Nord (bus station) and Estacio de França (railway station). Friendly and helpful stuff. In my opinion, it is an ideal choice for budget-minded travelers.

1) Wonderful staff - Alex was great but George was amazing - both really helpful and kind. Anything in their porwer will be done for your convenince stay.

A really small business with only about 8 rooms. Really friendly staff, very welcoming and explained everything when we got there. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The room had double glazed doors so there was hardly any street noise and the building itself is gorgeous! It's walking distance to La Sagrada Familia and just about walking distance to Las Ramblas and then onto the beach. It's also very close to Tetuan metro stop. Rosie, the lady who welcomed us and served our breakfast was very sweet, friendly and helpful. She couldn't speak English but used a translate app on her tablet which worked excellently well.

The location is perfect. In front of the metro station, but staying at Hostal Q you dont need to use the metro, because the hostal is really near of everything you will visit.

The hostal looks to be very new, wich is good.
The shower is perfect. For sure the best shower I used in Europe!!

It was a basic hostel good for staying a couple of nights. It's not a luxury accomodation, but it's clean and the owners are very nice. I found the free Wi-Fi connection much better than in expensive hotels where I stayed before. -
