Great value for these money. Location was good close to Placa Espanya. The flat is been cleaned everyday. Bread and butter are available all day long. Plus you have a cooking place so people can save some money by cooking themselves. Good, cozy place.

From the moment we walked in, the stay was perfect. Mirly and his team made us feel really welcome in this beautiful small Hotel, decorated with great taste and in a perfect location. Room was quiet (maybe because there are only couple of rooms and all the other guests were nice and quiet people). Emilio (the owner) was very helpful and speaks very good English.

Rosie, the lady who welcomed us and served our breakfast was very sweet, friendly and helpful. She couldn't speak English but used a translate app on her tablet which worked excellently well.
Loved the outdoor decked area.

We enjoyed the juxtaposition of the historic building and painted
ceilings against the modern decor. The staff was very helpful in giving
us restaurant recommendations and directions to the sites. The
breakfasts were delicious and diverse (instead of the bread and coffee
most B&Bs serve). It was extremely clean and very intimate given
there are only 7 rooms. We ate breakfast on the private patio every
morning where we enjoyed architecture hidden from passersby on the
