What a brilliant concept. It's like being in your own home (actually no, it's like being in the home of a very stylish, wealthy friend!) - but better as you don't have to clean up! Very well appointed with excellent facilities. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry with personal fridge and pantry, pod coffee machine. Luxurious furnishings and dreamy view of La Pedrera chimneys. This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot.It is next to The Passeig De Gracia and very close to Las Ramblas.Extremely friendly staff that helped us orginize our trip.Our room (Nr 8) was spacious,clean,comfortable and very quiet.There are many options around the hostal for eating,shopping and many more.There was hot water and very strong wifi signal all the time.It was generally very well organized with door codes and everything needed provided before we had even arrived!

Residencia Nuria is a very warm, charming hostel in a very convenient
location. The staff are kind and happy to help with any questions you
have. The kitchen is very well equipped and the common rooms have good
computers and lounge furniture.
This is easily the best budget hostel I've stayed in during my entire stay in Barcelona! The owner Mercedes is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.

one of the best and creative ways to stay. I wish there were more services similar to this where you get a hotel quality room and share a bathroom to bring down costs. Staff were friendly, helpful and was only 7 minutes walk from Diagonal station, lots of shops and eats near by too. clean safe place. brilliant stay. -

There is a small kitchen and a living room with TV. I didn't use those facilities but they looked good. The wifi connection is terrible.

We traveled four of us, I am 19 year old son and two friends from 6 to
14 May. From the airport is very convenient to get to the hotel, only
one mode of transport to the subway station Passeig de Gracia (traveling
by train, the train to go to Barcelona with the metro, so it's very
convenient). Near the hotel there is a great market for the products.

Steve (the Manager) was friendly and informative and he gave us a map
that marked out the sights, eateries and bus stops nearby. His map was
so helpful, it was in tatters by the end of our stay cos we’d referred

ZooRooms is well located, close to Passeig de Gracia and subway, it is
also easy to get from/to airport by Aerobus. Inside it is very nice
and clean, with a fresh touch of design :) Beds are really comfy, water
in the shower is hot and stream is good (usually hotels like to limit
the stream ;). Also there are a good equipped kitchen and a room with
sofas and iMac to relax with friends and plan your trip in Barcelona.
And the terrace is awsome! Couple of hammocks, bbq and other facilities
