La habitación era muy amplia, luminosa y estaba limpia.
El personal fue muy atento, amable y de confianza. El personal de recepción estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudarme, así como información turistica y dudas que tenía sobre servicios, etc.
Los baños siempre limpios y cuidados.

I really appreciated the warmth of the welcome, the owner had learnt English later in life - again appreciated his efforts. He gave good recommnedations on where to go to eat and drink. I felt most welcome and every effort was made to ensure my comfort. I appreciated the efforts made by the staff on reception to make sure I had any information I might need. Maps and advice on places of interest and restaurants etc was offered on arrival. The breakfast provided was excellent and was served in a friendly and attentive manner. All staff including the staff cleaning the rooms were friendly and greeted one with a smile.

Having read lots of other reviews which said that it's not very private and the walls are made of paper, we weren't sure about staying there but in the end we were the only people in the hostel and it wasn't a problem. The attic was kinda cool and the view was nice. -

Es muy centrico, las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Tiene dos ventanas al exterior con doble acristalamiento, con lo que la calle no se oye nada. Perfecto - i really liked the guy at the reception in the mornings and evenings, he was very helpful, extreamly nice and he made my boyfriend and my stay a lot easier!!!!

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Furnace doesn't work in the summertime, but it was still too cold for me (50 degrees) and they went out of their way and located a personal space heater for my room. -

I have to admit that the staff was very polite and smiling. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It is just in the middle of the city and nature together. It has a small backyard and you can sit, have some drink and enjoy the fresh air.
Next year i will visit Santiago de Compostela again for being a pilgrim and definitely stay here again.

Spacious, all the mod cons, 2 huge bathrooms, very central but yet felt like a retreat as it was just outside the old town. Owner was really helpful. Private parking was a bonus in their underground car park and the key system worked really well. We would happily have stayed longer.

it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !!

El excelente trato y amabilidad del personal, la ubicación, buenavariedad en el desayuno, detalles como poder tomarte un café, zumo, te,bollitos... Un gran detalle es un café gratuito por la tarde, con bollos, fruta, etc.La habitación muy bonita, con un gran ventanal. En conclusión me pareció fenomenal, con una gran relación calidad-precio.
