  Nos quedamos en la habitación triple. Es un hotel limpio y muy cuidado y la habitación era bastante grande. Tenía detalles de cortesía en el baño, televisión de plasma de 32", aire acondicionado, secador, y muebles con aspecto de calidad, algo que no esperas encontrar en un hostal normal. La limpieza, la tranquilidad, los accesorios de baño (secador de pelo incluido) y la situación junto al metro, tiendas y bares.

  Muy bien comunicado, la parada de metro de Carabanchel está a 20 metros de la puerta. La cama era cómoda y aunque fuimos en noviembre la habitación estaba muy calentita. It's not a fancy building on an attractive boulevard, but it's within a short walking distance to the train station, which is all - It's an hostal, not an hotel. Said that, everithing was really good: WiFi decent, clean room (they clean it every day) and the staff is very helpful. Position is very good: really close to atocha, to the retiro gardens, the Prado, the modern art museum.. And close to city centre as well. In case in the district there are too different bars/pubs..

  Everything! The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Ioana:) She hepled me a lot. I even got a gift from the hotel! So sweet! The hotel is located in the heart of city center, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus stops etc. Rooms are not big but very comfortable, I got a balcony with my room. I had a really great time in Madrid. - It was an amazing hostel. The centric location, it is connected to all public transportations.
