The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We
were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another
signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous

I traveled with my two adult children (21 & 22) and we had two
rooms. Location!!! Its on a quiet street just a few hundred yards from
La Ramblas. It was a beautiful hotel right in the center of everything.
The finishings were beautiful with a luxurious feel in the common areas
as well as in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were
quiet. Nice big towels and very nice large bath sheets. Out of the 5
hotels we stayed at in Spain, this was our favorite.

The apartment I booked had a private terrace which was excellent. The air-conditioning worked very well in both the bedroom , living area and bathroom. Beach was 10 minutes walk, Metro 5 minutes walk. Barcelona harbour and centre was a 30 to 40 minute walk along the seafront which is a flat easy walk. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and fruit/veg shops nearby. Our apartment, although ground floor, had use of the roof terrace.

la atencion del personal - En el realidad puedo decir poco del hotel puesto que estuve ahí solo una noche, sin embargo, me pareció un lugar agradable, la habitación era bastante cómoda, con todo lo necesario a disposición. Excellent location (close to some attractions, metro station Diagonal practically in front of the Hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We stayed 4 days and were quit satisfied. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.

Loved the privacy of our own place. Restaurant options for QUALITY food was much better in this neighborhood than the tourist areas. We felt like we were part of the real neighborhood, not the tourist section. -
