  Staff apart from check in staff we very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did not have the room we booked - a double room . When I requested a double room I was told it was not possible and offered and upgrade to a suite costing an extra €96 !!! The hotel was by no means full and saw this purely as up sell - very unhelpful and opportunist . The staf - Fantastic to stay in such a historic building but with all mod cons. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location at Almagro is great - a lovely town with lots going on. We did park onsite but were lucky to get a space in the shade as there were not many spaces and no facility to book a place. We had dinner out in the patio which was very good and the staff were very efficient despite being very busy because of the fiesta. Great stay.

  El trato del personal del hotel es muy cordial y amable, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y está todo muy limpio. Dispone de distintos ambientes y de grandes espacios con lo que, aunque haya muchos clientes en el hotel, si buscas tranquilidad nadie te molesta. Por otra parte, la comida del desayuno buffet es muy variada y de una calidad excelente (pro... lo que la gente dice » ductos frescos, bollería y bizcochos recién hechos, y amplio surtido de frutas, que para mí es esencial). - En general todo, las habitaciones son impresionantes, por su tamaño, decoración y confort. Su personal muy atento. Es lugar tranquilo, ideal para escapaditas y donde poder relajarte en su spa. Al mismo tiempo esta muy cerca del centro histórico de Almagro. Absolutamente accesible con el coche. Muy, muy, muy recomendable.
